? 協助場長，技術員的農場管理工作。
Assist Farm Supervisor and technician with the management of farm.
? 每天檢測農場生產數據和環境檢測數據，并進行分析匯報。
Daily test production and environment data, and generate analysis reports.
? 協助組織員工進行生產安全，生物安全，飼養管理，通風管理等日常生產培訓。
Assist to organize employees to conduct trainings of production safety, feeding management, ventilation management
Principal Accountabilities主要職責
1.40%: 學習肉雞養殖管理：和技術員學習養殖管理并協助技術員安排農場每日飼養管理工作。按照技術員的要求落實以下行動：如定期安排飼養員調整水料線高度，墊料和腳墊管理，稱重管理，用藥管理等。并關注過程指導和結果分析，如檢查水料線高度，墊料質量和腳墊比例，稱重數據匯總，用藥監督和藥品包裝回收等。
Learn the management of broiler breeding: learn from the technician, and assist technicians to arrange daily farm management. According to the requirements of technicians to implement the following actions: such as regular arrangements for feeders to adjust the water line height, matting and foot mat management, weighing management, drug management, etc. And pay attention to process guidance and results analysis, such as inspection of the height of the water line, the quality of the cushion and the proportion of the foot pad, the summary of the weighing data, the supervision of drug use and the recovery of the drug packaging.
2.30%: 學習農場員工管理：協助農場場長及技術員進行員工溝通和團隊建設。如定期舉行員工溝通會議，宣講公司文
化,制定員工工作計劃并組織員工進行培訓，以提高農場員工工作積極性和工作效率。

3.30%: 生產和環境數據檢測與匯總：每天檢測各項數據，及時匯總分析。如收集本批次各項數據，與臨近入雛的農場
數據進行對比分析。
